No Churn Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Ice Cream

A delicious no churn chocolate ice cream made from with a cocoa powder base, full of tons of peanut butter cup chunks and creamy peanut butter swirls.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup peanut butter cups (chopped)


Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whip your heavy cream over medium high speed for about 5 minutes until stiff peaks start to form. (It may take longer or shorter depending how fast you're doing it, you want it stiff, but a few minutes too long and you'll turn it into butter)
  2. In another bowl, combine your condensed milk and cocoa powder.
